You can now be a part of the circular fashion chain - here's how.

What can we donate?

We will only accept up to 50 clothing items per person.

Please note that while there are no restrictions on size or gender, we DO NOT accept the following:

​

  • Undergarments of any kind

  • Children's Clothing

  • Shoes

  • Socks

  • Swimwear

  • Uniforms

  • Gloves/Mittens

  • Hats

  • Dri-fit tees

How do I donate?

Firstly, ensure that your items are in good condition. We prioritise quality, so that others will be able to fairly enjoy the items that you may not need/want anymore. That means no holes, rips, or stains, and are freshly washed.

Once they're clear of visible defects, pack them neatly for drop-off.

Drop-offs are done at our pop-up. Location may differ, so please refer to our Instagram for more details on where the next pop-up may be.

What happens when I bring the items down?

Firstly, you'll help us fill out a quick form, so that we know who you are, and can let you know how your items are doing! While you do that, you donations go through another round of quality checks which can take up to 10 minutes. Any items that do not pass will be returned to you to bring back home. It's essential you ensure all the items fit the criteria so no time/effort is wasted on your end.

Every donation receives a $7 voucher that you can use immediately for any item we have at the pop-up. If you would prefer to use it online, it can take up to 3 days for an e-voucher to be sent to your inbox. Do note that if none of your items pass the checks, you will not be able to make a donation, hence forfeited from a voucher.

How will my items be priced? Will I get paid?

As the name suggests, donations are done purely out of free will. You will not be receiving money in exchange for the donations.

However, we would like to assure you that none of the items will be priced above $10, regardless of brand or size. In any case where the item will be priced over $10, you will receive an email in advance. Other other questions can be sent over via our socials, or through the chatbox.
