
Shipping Policy
We ship both domestically and internationally! Mailing days are every Saturday. Purchases made after 4pm every Saturday will be shipped out the following week.
We use QExpress for all our mailing needs, with a flatrate of $5 for all Singapore/Malaysia deliveries, and $20 internationally. Please note that we are not liable for lost mail. Once your item is shipped and handed to QExpress, it is all in their hands. Please use registered/tracked mail for utmost security.
Due to COVID-19, shipment may take longer than usual. This is not within our control, please be understanding.
As part of our mission to be as eco-friendly as possible, do note that all our
packaging consists of preloved polymailers and boxes. They have been cleaned and sanitized to be used to pack your items, of course.
We will not be refunding mailing fees made for extra checkouts to the same address. To avoid paying more for mailing, please checkout all your items in one go.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately- we don't have one. All sales and all prices are final.
So no refunds, no exchanges or returns. However, if products are damaged or lost in mail, feel free to contact us via email.
Damaged or Lost mail does not include:

Lost delivery to an inaccurate address provided.
A Quick Disclaimer
As our items are all donated/second hand/reworked, they will not be perfect.
While all items go through a rigorous quality check, there will still be certain imperfections we may have missed out. If the item is missing a button, or has a small stain that does not affect the overall quality of the item, we will list it with a disclaimer.
Items may look slightly different in real life, due to lighting differences. We do our very best that you will be receiving items as picture-perfect as possible.
